We had a fantastic time at the Canterbury Home Show and are now preparing for the Christchurch A&P Show starting November 9. We had so much positive feedback from grandaparents that we will be offering a Grannie's Special at the Show - 10% off all Ecobots packs over $100, that's a huge saving! As usual, we will ship anywhere so if you have doting grandparents in Christchurch we would love to see them! There has never been a better time to buy Ecobots.
The Eco Store baby range has arrived at ecobots. You can now find bubble bath, nappy balm, sleepytime bubbles and baby shampoo on the 'extras' tab. No nasty chemicals means peace of mind. Enjoy!
The original ecobots family is moving on to new challenges!
After 7 years of babies and nappies, we have made a decision to change to plans of further study, towards eco-sustainable education and aid work with developing nations in the Pacific.
As with all others in Christchurch; earthquakes and home damage change our timeframes and plans on a weekly basis; but we are excited about new directions.
Thank you all for many years of sharing your parenting and family decisions with us. Please continue to share these with ecobots as the business heads in new and exciting directions under energised new management.
Celebrate Cloth Nappy Week and come to one of the Christchurch Nappicinos and be in to win a great prize pack from suppliers nationwide.
A nappi-cino is a place to have a coffee with other mums who use nappies (all types) and have a look and see what different types of cloth nappies are on the market. Chat with other 'users' and see what works for them. This is not a sale, or a nappy-party. The nappicino is held by mums, not run by companies.

The NZNA was part of the Step Up Canterbury Expo, on world environment day.
We had a great time explaining the great benefits of cloth nappies. There were 3 auctions throughout the day using expo tokens gathered around the stalls. It was a day highlight that a pack of reusable nappies 'sold' for more than the $4000 heat pump in the same auction.
Another highlight was meeting Helen Clark, who stayed and talked to Keishana for ages! |

Ecobots, along with other quality cloth nappy suppliers/manufacturers have established the New Zealand Nappy Alliance. The alliance aims to give good quality information and education, and provide some peace of mind for parents in promoting only cloth nappies that are well made and will meet the claims that they make. Keep an eye out for our media releases. You may have seen the NZNA on Good Morning or Breakfast TV, or heard us on the radio
